Thursday Tilt of HS Basketball : February 11th, 2016

  After some snow day cancellations - high school basketball got back on the hardcourt.

  Thumb Tailgater Sports had with a Live Webcast of girls basketball action on this Thursday, February 11th.

  It's was a face off with Brown City Lady Greendevils at the Sandusky Lady Redskins. Sandusky came away with the big win 52-35.

  Both teams were trying to stay in the loop for the Greater Thumb East league title. Sandusky got some help as the Harbor Beach Lady Pirates pulled off a upset victory over the Marlette Lady Red Raiders who are still holding firm in first place at 7-1 in the standings and 13-3 overall record. Sandusky is 14-3 & 6-2, for second place. Sandusky now needs help from Brown City's in their regular season ending league match up against Marlette - to hold out any hopes for a share of the GTE title.
