Flint Kearsley Invitational
Frankenmuth

Bay City Western shares tournament honors with host Flint Kearsley. 
Frankenmuth went 2-2, with wins over Swartz Creek 7-1, and Pinckney 3-1. Losses to Flint Kearsley 5-2, before falling to Bay City Western 5-3. Bay City Western had wins over Swartz Creek 7-2, Pickney 5-0, and Frankenmuth 5-3. Western is State ranked #4 in Division 1.


Tawas Invitational
Birch Run
Rapid River Rockets won the 12 team Tawas Invitational softball tournament with a 1-0 win over tournament host Tawas. In advancing to the tournament semi-finals, Rapid River had a 6-1 win over Skyline High School of Ann Arbor and a 3-0 win over Birch Run. Fourth round result; Birch Run 7-0 over Skyline. Tournament consolation game; Fraser 9, Birch Run 1.
