Week 2 - Game Coverage: Brown City @ Cass City

In Week 2 Thumb Tailgater Sports will cover the Brown City @ Cass City high football game this Thursday, September 2nd. Coverage starts at 6:30pm!

Cass City (1-0) is under a new Head Coach Ed Stoutenburg, and the Red Hawks team gave him his first win of the season with a hard fought come from behind victory over the Sandusky Redskins 35-2 in Week 1. 

Brown City (1-0) meanwhile seems to be on the right path themselves as they rolled over the Peck Pirates 49-12. That's a good start for Head Coach Scott Banks who is now in his second year at the helm of the Green Devils. Last year Brown City finished at 7-3, making it back to playoffs for the first time since 1999, and with a winning record since 2004. 

That was beyond expectations for a first year head coach - could that also be true for another first year head coach at Cass City? Regardless, this Thumb Tailgater Sports game of the week is an intriguing one in a Greater Thumb Conference West versus East battle!!
