No Sh**t!! That was a welcomed surprise, even though it really messed up my fball picks I am happy for Brown City to get off to a nice start to the season, after so many futile seasons. Although I feel for Peck, they will bounce back. Also props go out to Bad Axe! Sandusky to! Man oh man am I hurting with my picks in week 1!

Yea not going to hop on the Brown City, Sandusky wagon yet... both teams played HORRIBLE opponents especially Brown City. To beat up on a NCTL team is not an accomplishment and to leave the starters in is even worse... Let’s see how BC does against Dville or Ubly

Sandusky scares me more than Brown City...right now. They will give Ubly a tough battle Thursday.

Green Devils have to avoid a let down this week against USA. Pats aren't championship level this year but have righted the ship after last years debacle. They learned a lot about their team playing the Bearcats Friday and may give BC more than they can handle.

Brown City and Sandusky are still no match for D-ville or Ubly.

Ed,

Yeah, a little. I just don't know if I'd even recognize the place anymore. Inside or out back.

Jeff,

The football field looks great! one of the best in the area. There is no longer the dreaded little hill top at the 50 yard line. And there is a new field house. You have to try to make it up to one of my next broadcasts in Deckerville. Man I miss that old Escort & the Omega...

What? No hump? That was a D'ville trademark! What is this world comin to? LOL!

Didn't I hear somewhere that they switched the stands so that D'Ville fans are on the west side now instead of the east as it was when we were there. Correct me if I am wrong on that one.

As for missing the Omega, unfortunetly with every shot right? Wasn't quick but it always dodged the bullett right? LOL!!!

I am interested in seeing what a 8 man game looks like though.

There are many nice fields around the Thumb......the nicest so far in my estimation, USA. The grass is so green and lush it looks and feels like field turf.
