Thumb Tailgater Debuts!!

Thumb Tailgater is born and debuts!! Focused on the high school football season of thumb area schools in the Greater Thumb Conference, North Central Thumb League, and a little bit of the Blue Water Conference.
The specialty & service here on this blog is that Thumb Tailgater will be bringing you a game of the week on the Internet with live streaming audio play by play!

Video will be coming soon in the future!!

There will also be some specials that will have either audio, video or photo segments devoted the love of other sports, special events, or human interest stories. It is a big undertaking, but I am running with it!
More details will be coming on the time & dates with links for fans on where to tune in on the Internet. Another added bonus is that all games will be archived and will be free for those high school sports fans to download and keep!!
The long awaited return of the "Pre -Game Thumb Tailgate Sports Show" that use to be featured on WLEW Cruise 102.1 FM out of Bad Axe, MI; will also have a weekly podcast featuring local thumb area media personnel!
The game of the week starts Friday, August 28th, 2009! Eagles vs Eagles!

Deckerville Eagles vs Sterling Heights Parkway Christian Eagles.
Last years meeting between these two teams was a barn burner! Deckerville came out on top winning big on the road 54-47. This year SHPC comes to Deckerville's homefield looking for some revenge in this big rematch!
